Shipping

Your item will be shipped within 1-3 business days unless otherwise notified.

All packages are shipped via USPS.

First Class Mail (standard) will take 2-5 days after shipped.
Priority Mail will take 1-3 days after shipped.
For international : It's vary by destinations. It'll take 7-10 business days basically.

*I will happily ship straight to a giftee as well as include a personal note as requested, just leave me the info in the note to seller at checkout.


Shipping charges cover regular mail which does not include insurance. If you would like to upgrade your shipping to include insurance, please select priority mail from upgrade shipping. IF YOU DO NOT OPT FOR INSURANCE, I AM NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOST PACKAGES.

 

Returns and exchange details

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 6 hours of purchase (Before item has shipped)
 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

 

Returns and exchange details

READY TO SHIP ITEMS: Are returnable with written confirmation within 7 business days of receipt. The item must be returned to me in the same condition as it was sent out. A refund will not be issued until the item has been received. The purchase price, less the cost of shipping, will be refunded.

CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom orders, made specifically at the buyers request, are NOT returnable.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We're offering free gift wrapping. Please leave a note to seller if it's for a gift. If you'd like to include a message in a package, I'll print your message and put on a card. Please feel free to ask!
